Advance Program Ad
The Advance Program will be an opportunity for you to reach the educational leaders who attend our conference (all grade levels, elementary through college, and those working with adults): administrators, classroom teachers, reading specialists, learning disability specialists, library media specialists, technology coordinators, adult literacy instructors and university/college teacher educators. Advertising space is limited-all ads will be accepted on a first-come, space available basis. Deadline: Ad copy must be received by July 1, 2008 along with full payment. Specifications for ads are below
Distribution: On-Site. A copy of the program with ad/page indicated will be sent to you.

If ad space is not available, we will return your payment.
Ad File Requirements:
- Label CD or Zip Disk with Contact Name, Company Name and Advance Program.
- Macintosh compatible files supplied on Zip (100 MB) or CD-R. Our supported design programs are QuarkXpress, Illustrator and Pagemaker.
- PDF files are acceptable. The resolution must be compatible with SWOP standards (Press optimized) and all fonts must be embedded in the document.
- When supplying electronic files, all screen and printer fonts, and printouts must be provided. PLEASE, MAKE SURE ALL FILES INDICATED BELOW ARE INCLUDED ON DISK PRIOR TO DELIVERY:
- Copy of all TrueType and PostScript Fonts used within the document.
- All final high resolution scans/images used within the document. They all should be at least 300 ppi (pixels per inch).
- All scans & artwork must be converted to CMYK from RGB.
- All picture files should be saved in either TIFF or EPS formats
- A 4-color process job consists of the colors CMYK; if you base the colors of your design by Pantone (or other spot) colors, please make sure to convert the colors into process separation.
