Exhibitor Presentations

Exhibitor Presentations provide exhibitors with the time and space they need to present in-depth product and service demonstrations. A limited number of one hour sessions are available. Computer labs are available for an additional $725 fee.

Who can participate?
Exhibitors who have registered and paid for a minimum of one booth at the 2009 TRLD conference by June 1, 2008 may submit one presentation.

Exhibitor Presentation Format
Exhibitor Presentations are to be used for software demonstrations and/or information presentations and should not be used as a marketing sales presentation.

Room Set-up
Each room will be set theater style for 25-50 people and will include a head table, microphone, LCD projector, and screen. Exhibitors must provide their own computers and software.
Computer labs will be set up classroom style for 20-30 with approximately 15 computers. Labs will be set with either Macintosh or Windows computers and will be on a first come basis (Lab Fees $725).
Any additional audio/visual requirements must be pre-arranged (by the exhibitor) through the conference staff.
